I'm a working mom, married 15 years, with four kids - two boys (four years apart), followed by twin girls (surprise! bonus baby!) three years after the second boy.

My background is in geography and international relations, with a focus on Asia. But my interests are wildly varied, and many are offshoots of my experiences as a mother.

I am not an expert any kids but mine - and even for that, I'm the second line. They're the experts on themselves.
